1. Digital Software Goods Policy

ApplyAI Pro provides instant digital utility passes (software license keys). Because license keys are generated immediately and provide instant, irrevocable access to automation algorithms, utility pass purchases are generally non-refundable once activated and utilized.

Zero Auto-Renewal Guarantee: All purchases are one-time payments. You will never be charged recurring fees, making surprise subscription charges impossible.

2. 24-Hour Technical Failure Exemption

We stand behind the engineering quality of ApplyAI Pro. If you experience an irrecoverable technical defect preventing the extension from functioning on supported platforms (LinkedIn Easy Apply, Naukri.com, Indeed Direct, or Wellfound) within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund.

Valid Refund Qualifications:

  • Failure to deliver a valid license key post-payment.
  • Unresolved software crash or compatibility error on a supported platform during the initial 24 hours.
  • Accidental duplicate payment for the same plan.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Lack of Employer Response: We automate application submissions; we cannot control whether recruiters review or shortlist candidates.
  • Change of Mind: Requests submitted after active usage or after 24 hours of purchase.
  • External Platform ATS: Attempting to use the extension on non-supported third-party portals (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
  • Violation of Terms: Licenses revoked due to key reselling, reverse engineering, or intentional abuse.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund review, send an email to support@autoapplyjobs.in containing:

  1. Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID
  2. Purchase date and plan purchased
  3. First 8 characters of your license key
  4. A brief description and screenshot of the technical error encountered

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
