Terms of Service
Binding contractual terms governing your use of the ApplyAI Pro extension and web portal.
Last Updated: October 30, 2026 • Effective Across All Platforms
1. Nature of the Software (Productivity Copilot)
ApplyAI Pro is a browser automation productivity utility designed to assist individual candidates in completing public job application forms. The software acts as an on-device personal assistant, entering information you provide under your explicit direction.
ApplyAI Pro does NOT guarantee job offers, interview scheduling, employer response rates, or compensation packages. Hiring decisions remain exclusively within the discretion of employers and recruiters.
2. Utility Passes, Billing & No Auto-Renewal
ApplyAI Pro operates on a pay-as-you-go Utility Pass structure. All purchases are a One-time payment • No auto-renewal, granting access for a fixed duration (e.g. 1 Day, 7 Days, 15 Days, or 30 Days).
- Zero Auto-Renewal: You will NEVER be automatically billed or enrolled in a recurring credit card subscription. When your pass expires, automation ceases until you intentionally purchase a new pass.
- Single User License: Each license key is intended for use by a single individual candidate on their authenticated browser instance. Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use & Platform Compliance
You agree to use ApplyAI Pro in strict compliance with applicable laws and reasonable usage pacing:
- You must only apply to positions for which you possess bona fide interest and qualifications.
- You must adhere to recommended platform pacing guidelines (e.g. maximum 60–100 applications daily on LinkedIn Easy Apply) to prevent account restrictions.
- You may not use ApplyAI Pro for commercial recruitment agencies, mass spamming, or fraudulent employment applications.
- You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent license validation controls.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApplyAI Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed employment opportunities, or third-party account restrictions resulting from aggressive automation exceeding recommended thresholds.
