Question 1

Is it safe to use an automation extension for job applications on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Wellfound?

Accepted Answer

Yes, using the ApplyAI Pro extension is designed with safety as the primary directive across all 4 major platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Wellfound. Unlike cloud-based automation tools that trigger immediate platform flags by blasting applications from remote datacenter IPs, our extension operates locally directly within your authenticated Chrome browser session. We utilize randomized human-like delays, natural page scrolling, and adaptive typing speeds that mirror organic browsing. This methodical approach is engineered to minimize account risk and prevent platform rate limits while you scale your weekly job applications.

Question 2

How is my personal resume data stored and processed by the AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

Your privacy and data security are our highest priorities. All of your personal information, including your resume, contact details, and job preferences, is stored strictly in your local Chrome browser storage. We employ a decentralized, privacy-first architecture meaning your sensitive career data is never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any centralized external servers. When the AI agent parses your resume to draft custom answers for job applications, the processing happens securely. This approach ensures total compliance with data protection standards while giving you complete ownership and control over your personal information at all times.

Question 3

What happens if the AI agent generates incorrect answers for custom application questions?

Accepted Answer

You maintain absolute control over the entire job application process. While our AI agent is highly accurate at parsing your resume to draft custom answers for complex employer questions, we have implemented a mandatory review system. Before any application is finalized and submitted on platforms like LinkedIn Easy Apply, the extension pauses and allows you to manually review, edit, or completely rewrite the AI-generated responses. Furthermore, the underlying model learns from your corrections over time, continuously improving its accuracy and aligning its tone with your professional communication style for future applications.

Question 4

Which specific job portals and application types are supported by the extension?

Accepted Answer

Currently, the ApplyAI Pro extension fully supports automated applications on Naukri.com, LinkedIn (Easy Apply), Indeed (Direct Apply), and Wellfound (AngelList). We intentionally do not support external redirect links to unstandardized third-party websites to ensure maximum reliability and account safety. By focusing exclusively on native, on-platform applications across these Big 4 portals, our extension guarantees a flawless, high-speed, and secure automation experience, allowing you to reliably submit targeted applications every day.

Question 5

Is Naukri auto-apply safe, and will it get my account flagged?

Accepted Answer

Yes, using ApplyAI Pro for Naukri auto-apply is safe. The extension runs entirely inside your local Chrome browser session — it does not use cloud servers, headless browsers, or hidden API calls. Every action (clicking, scrolling, typing) is performed in a visible foreground tab using randomized delays between 7 and 45 seconds, variable typing speeds between 40 and 120 words per minute, and natural mouse movement emulation. These human-like interaction patterns are specifically designed to stay well below Naukri's internal activity thresholds. Because the extension operates as an authorized browser user rather than an external script, Naukri's detection systems treat it identically to manual browsing.

Question 6

Will LinkedIn ban my account for using an auto-apply extension?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn has strict anti-automation measures that detect cloud-based tools, headless browsers, and direct API abuse. ApplyAI Pro avoids all of these patterns. It operates locally in your authenticated Chrome session, using the same DOM and cookies as your normal browsing. The extension inserts randomized pauses (15–45 seconds) between applications, simulates natural scrolling behavior, and respects LinkedIn's daily Easy Apply limits (typically 100–250 depending on account age and Premium status). It also spaces applications across the day in randomized batches rather than rapid-fire submissions. No ApplyAI Pro user has reported an account restriction from using the extension with default safety settings enabled.

Question 7

How does Indeed auto-apply work, and can it solve screening questionnaires?

Accepted Answer

ApplyAI Pro executes Indeed applications directly in your authenticated Chrome browser session using local human emulation. When multi-step employer questionnaires appear (asking about years of experience, skill certifications, or expected compensation), our on-device AI matches the prompt against your master resume to draft context-aware answers accurately. With randomized 12 to 45 second reading pauses and natural typing velocity, the extension operates smoothly without triggering automated rate limits.

Question 8

How does Wellfound auto-apply write personalized founder pitch notes?

Accepted Answer

Unlike generic job boards, startup founders on Wellfound (AngelList Talent) prioritize personalized introductions. ApplyAI Pro features a specialized startup outreach engine that analyzes the startup description, tech stack, and role mission. It synthesizes your key career achievements into crisp, tailored 3-to-4 sentence pitch notes sent directly to founders, dramatically boosting interview conversion rates while pacing applications safely.

Question 9

How is ApplyAI Pro different from LazyApply, Simplify, and JobCopilot?

Accepted Answer

ApplyAI Pro is built specifically for modern tech job seekers and natively supports all Big 4 platforms: Naukri.com, LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed, and Wellfound — LazyApply, Simplify, and Sonara do not support Naukri at all. Unlike cloud-based tools that send applications from remote servers (which are easier for platforms to detect), ApplyAI Pro runs entirely inside your local Chrome browser with human-like interaction emulation. It also includes a daily Naukri profile update feature that automatically refreshes your profile to boost recruiter visibility — a feature unique to ApplyAI Pro. Pricing starts with accessible, pay-as-you-go utility passes designed to fit your exact job search duration with zero recurring subscription traps.

Question 10

Why do US-focused tools like LazyApply or Simplify struggle on Indian job portals?

Accepted Answer

Most Western auto-apply tools are built exclusively for simple one-page forms or corporate US ATS portals. They completely fail on Naukri.com because Naukri uses multi-step chatbot negotiation interfaces, dynamic verification modals, and India-specific screening fields. Furthermore, generic tools cannot parse Indian compensation formats (such as Fixed vs Variable CTC in LPA) or handle standard Indian recruiter questions regarding notice period and buyout options. ApplyAI Pro was architected specifically with native Indian hiring logic to automate these flows seamlessly.

Question 11

How does ApplyAI Pro handle Indian recruiter screening questions (Notice Period, CTC in LPA)?

Accepted Answer

ApplyAI Pro includes an intelligent Indian recruitment screening resolver. When applying on Naukri or LinkedIn, the extension detects fields asking for Current CTC, Expected CTC (in Lakhs per Annum / LPA), Notice Period (Immediate, 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days), and willingness to relocate across Indian tech hubs (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR). It maps these directly from your configured candidate profile context, ensuring mathematically accurate responses that prevent automated recruiter rejection.

Question 12

How much does ApplyAI Pro cost, and what are the pricing plans?

Accepted Answer

ApplyAI Pro uses a transparent pay-as-you-go Utility Pass model with zero recurring subscription traps or auto-debits. India passes start at ₹59 (1-Day), ₹149 (7-Day), ₹249 (15-Day), and ₹399 (30-Day). International passes (USD) are $9.99 (7-Day), $16.99 (15-Day), and $29.00 (30-Day). Every tier includes full AI question solving, human-cadence pacing, and on-device privacy.

Question 13

How do I set up and start using the ApplyAI Pro Chrome extension?

Accepted Answer
